• Cancelled services that were prepaid and not yet utilized

3. Trading Losses
• Fundmatrix Trade does not provide refunds for trading losses or losses due to market volatility. All trading and investment activities carry inherent risks, which are disclosed in our Risk Disclosure Statement.
4. Account Closure Refunds
• Upon account closure, remaining balances may be refunded after settlement of open trades and verification of account ownership.
• Any outstanding fees, penalties, or obligations will be deducted before refund issuance.
